Veneporte is pleased to announce the launch of the first approved GPFs (Gasoline Particulate Filters). These particulate filters, designed for gasoline engines, have been rigorously tested and approved by independent external entities, ensuring compliance with European emissions standards.
With this new launch, Veneporte reinforces its commitment to innovation and sustainability, presenting solutions that not only guarantee the efficiency and durability of exhaust systems, but also contribute to the reduction of particulate emissions and polluting gases, helping to preserve the environment.
A GPF (Gasoline Particulate Filter) is an essential device that traps harmful particles produced by incomplete combustion in gasoline engines, which are harmful to both health and the environment. Originally used in diesel vehicles, the GPF is now also applied in gasoline engines due to strict European (Euro 6) emissions regulations. With the increase in particulate emissions caused by direct fuel injection, GPF becomes crucial for capturing these fine particles, ensuring that vehicles meet environmental standards.
The launch of the approved GPFs is taking place during Automechanika Frankfurt, the largest international trade fair dedicated to the automotive aftermarket, which runs from September 10 to 14. Veneporte is taking advantage of this global stage to present its latest innovation, reinforcing its leading position in the sector.
